Prince William and Kate Middleton Unveil Brand-New Family Christmas Card Pic (and the Kids Look So Grown Up)

It may not have arrived in the mail, but Prince William and Kate Middleton just kicked off our holiday season by sharing a brand-new family portrait to Instagram, which will be featured on their Christmas card this year.

In the caption of the photo, they said, “Delighted to share a new image of the family, which features on this year’s Christmas card.” Similar to last year's photo, the family opted for a more rustic background. This year's image was taken from a private trip the family took to Jordan.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are seated in the middle of the group, with Middleton sporting an olive green dress and Prince William donning a brown polo with khaki shorts. To the left of the pair sits Princess Charlotte (6) in a blue-and-white gingham dress, while Prince George (8) sits to the right in a camo top and gray shorts. Prince Louis (3) is seated in the front on a fur rug, wearing a gray-and-white striped shirt with khaki shorts.

For their 2020 photo, the fam posed in front of a pile of firewood, while also rocking earth-toned outfits. As we can see, the pair's children have grown so much in just the last year, and many things have changed for this royal family as well.

While Prince Louis started nursery school earlier this year and is already zooming around on his bike, Kate Middleton helped publish a photography book and Prince William started a new podcast.

Things have been quite eventful for this royal family, and we can't wait to see all the changes they undergo throughout 2022.

Happy holidays to the Cambridges!
