Kate Middleton is wasting no time returning to her royal duties after Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.

Today, the Duchess of Cambridge, 40, stepped out for a solo outing and visited the Brent division of Little Village (London’s largest baby bank network, which offers supplies to families in need). Middleton wore a stunning outfit that looked professional and effortless.

Middleton wore a fitted white blazer by Zara over a casual tee, which she paired with black slacks, classy pumps and a crisscross clutch by Massimo Dutti. The duchess styled her hair in her signature waves with a side part.

The duchess’s blazer retails for $70 and comes in five different colors: ecru (pictured), fuchsia, bluish, green and yellow.

During the outing, Middleton learned more about Little Village’s team of volunteers and how they’ve fulfilled nearly 20,000 requests since launching in 2016. She also put together a parcel for a family, which just so happened to be the charity’s 20,000th package. (NBD.)

According to Sophie Livingston (CEO of Little Village), Middleton was extremely kind and generous. “We were all absolutely delighted to welcome The Duchess of Cambridge to Little Village Brent. She met some of our staff and volunteers and helped to pick out some beautiful items of clothing for the family’s two young children,” Livingston said, according to People magazine. “The Duchess really took her time to talk to our staff and volunteers, who all said how down to earth she was and how engaged and interested she was in the work of Little Village.”

Another volunteer named Fouzia Khan noted Middleton’s interest in the outing, adding, “As a mother herself The Duchess really showed a lot of empathy and care about the work Little Village are doing. She was lovely and engaging and was keen to hear about how families feel when they visit our baby bank. She was very interested in hearing about how much thought and care goes into the bundles we prepare for families.”

It sounds like Middleton was totally in her element.
