Kate Middleton Is the Queen of Combat Boots During Her Latest Outing
Kate Middleton's outdoor activities wardrobe has always been on point (this, we know). Her penchant for riding boots and elbow-patched jackets is nothing new, and the Duchess of Cambridge typically rocks it like the experienced gardener she is. But Middleton stepped out of her comfort zone today and into some See by Chloé combat boots (originally retailing for $445), proving she's just as daring as the Duchess of Sussex when it comes to her royal style.
Middleton, wearing a Dubarry tweed jacket ($599), garnet turtleneck sweater and brownish khaki green skinny jeans, visited the King Henry’s Walk Garden in the London borough of Islington this morning. While there, the duchess met with volunteers, painted bird boxes with kids and dodged questions about the queen's eating habits as she crafted a DIY pizza.

It was also announced during her visit that Middleton will design a garden for the Chelsea Flower Show in May on behalf of the Royal Horticultural Society. It'll be called the "Back to Nature" garden and will highlight the benefits of the outdoors on mental and physical well-being.
We're always down to get our hands dirty, too (as long as we can rock Chloé combat boots and a velvet bow like the duchess, obvi).
