When it comes to social media, even Kate Middleton and Prince William like to change things up sometimes. And for those who don't refresh the royals' Instagram page religiously (no judgment please...), the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge just updated their profile picture for their shared Kensington Royal accounts.

Royally obsessed fans (like us) noticed the change to the couple’s Instagram and Twitter pages over the weekend. While their previous profile pic was the family's 2018 Christmas card and showed the duke and duchess with their three children on the grounds of Anmer Hall, it now features a more recent photo of the gang from when they made a rare TV appearance last month.

The pic was originally captured when Middleton, William and their three children, Prince George (6), Princess Charlotte (4) and Prince Louis (2), gathered outside their country estate (where they are currently self-isolating) to honor healthcare workers who are on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic. The royal family applauded caregivers while wearing matching royal blue outfits, and the footage was broadcast during BBC’s Big Night In special.

Kensington Royal’s last profile picture change came in April 2019, when Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their split from the royal household and created their own Sussex Royal accounts (which no longer exist). The social media pages updated from a photo of the Sussexes and Cambridges together to the Christmas photo we mentioned earlier.

Zoom meetings and updated profile photos? Kate and Will, you’re getting really good at this whole technology thing.
