Kate Middleton Debuts New Crimped Hairstyle and Frilly Sandro Top at King's Cup Regatta

Oh, heyyyyy, Vacay Katie!

Kate Middleton arrived at the King's Cup Regatta (rescheduled to today due to weather) with Prince William, returning back to charity work from their family summer holiday in Mustique. The Duchess of Cambridge debuted a brand-new crimped hairstyle (maybe she got to practice her beachy waves while sunning in the Caribbean?) and glowing tan skin.

Wearing a striped orange and black Sandro top with frilled sleeve and hem detailing and wide-leg sailor pants by L.K. Bennett (a royal rewear!), Middleton showed up to the sailing tournament with William by her side.

She then did a quick outfit change into her sporty sailing outfit, which consisted of navy shorts, a white polo and jacket by Gill Marine, a navy baseball cap and comfy gray New Balance sneakers (that retail for $50, and similar to the blue ones she's worn before to play soccer in Belfast).

Middleton and Prince William weren't just dressing for show, either. As Kensington Palace previously announced, the duke and duchess went "head to head as skippers of individual sailing boats, in an eight boat regatta race."

The duchess swept her new wavy 'do back into her baseball cap, and looked to be enjoying the open waters as she let her competitive side show in a race against her husband...though she reportedly came in seventh out of eight boats in the first race, while William finished third. C'mon, Kate!!! We're all rooting for you.

But, more importantly, we're rooting for more crimped hairstyle inspo. (Taking these pics to our stylist stat.)
