The emoji-laden caption (YGG, Kensington Palace!) described photography’s universal way of bringing people together, and highlighted the duchess’s efforts to introduce the activity into the lives of young people.
In June, Middleton held a photography workshop for kids, where it was announced that Queen Elizabeth passed down her Royal Photographic Society patronage on to the duchess.
"The Duchess has a longstanding interest in photography, and her patronage will further highlight the beneficial impact that art and creativity can have on emotional wellbeing, particularly for children and young people," the caption reads.
Besides a photo of Middleton and one of the workshop’s attendees, 9-year-old Josh, the palace shared several photographs taken by Josh at the event (scroll through the Insta slideshow above to see them all) ... and we’re seriously impressed.
Will he be tagging along to the Cambridges’ royal tour of Pakistan this fall as an official royal photographer? Seems like he’s a young Ansel Adams in the making...
