The new teaser trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is what dreams nightmares are made of.

To prepare us for the full-length trailer, due out this Thursday, December 7, Universal Pictures dropped an official teaser clip for the fifth installment of the Jurassic Park franchise, and it appears Bryce Dallas Howard’s high-heeled chase scenes from Jurassic World are a thing of the past.

The 15-second teaser opens on Owen (Chris Pratt) running frantically toward Claire (Howard) and a Jurassic newbie (Justice Smith) as volcanic debris and rampaging dinosaurs emerge from the forest. The trio dodges flaming boulders, spewing lava and leaping dinos as they attempt to navigate what appears to be the same island we love to hate from Jurassic World, Isla Nublar.

Pratt, Howard, BD Wong (Dr. Henry Wu) and Jeff Goldblum (Ian Malcolm) reprise their roles alongside newcomers Smith (Paper Towns), James Cromwell (The Artist) and Ted Levine (Shutter Island).

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom hits theaters on June 22, 2018, and we’re thoroughly terrified.
