The 11 Most OMG S’mores in Chicago
All done up but still just as messy
Is there anything more perfect than a gooey, crunchy, chocolatey s’more? The answer, objectively, is “no” (end of discussion). Lucky for us, Chicago is continuing its obsession with the summertime favorite straight into winter. Here, 11 restaurants that aren’t messing around when it comes to all that is melty, sticky and sweet.
Frontier’s Open-Faced S’mores
This is s’mores all grown up: honey marshmallow slathered in bourbon ganache and topped with pecan brittle. Torched to order, so you know it’s good.

Prime and Provisions’s Tableside S’mores
Who says s’mores can’t be fancy? This deconstructed treat features a steaming chocolate sphere nestled atop a bed of graham crackers and a dollop of marshmallow sauce. But the most important note of all: Smoke streams from the treat after a healthy helping of chocolate sauce is poured over the orb. You won’t miss that campfire at all.

MK The Restaurant’s “You?re Killin’ Me S’mores”
We couldn’t think of a more creative take on s’mores if we tried. The gorgeous concoction of dark chocolate ganache, graham cracker ice cream, charred marshmallow and peanuts is the most delicious homage to The Sandlot we’ve ever seen.

Dimo’s S’mores Pizza
Our two favorite things combined to delicious effect. You might not think mozzarella belongs on a s’mores pizza, but you’d be wrong. Dimo’s pulls on our heart strings extra hard by topping the pie with a generous sprinkle of Teddy Grahams.

This glorious creation keeps your “like” count in mind, featuring a beautiful bread pudding made from hot dog buns (!), chocolate cake, mini marshmallows and vanilla bean custard.
