Remember Meghan Markle’s upcoming animated series, Pearl? Well, the Duchess of Sussex is now expanding her team at Netflix.

The streaming service just announced that it’s hiring a Los Angeles-based Production Designer to join the crew, according to LinkedIn. The role will be exclusively dedicated to Pearl, which tells the story of a 12-year-old girl who’s inspired by influential women throughout history.

The job description reads, “The Production Designer will help to develop, create, and support the aesthetic vision of our Executive Producer Team, working closely with the Show Runner to design multiple worlds representing various time periods throughout history.”

The Production Designer will be “responsible for creating and executing the visual flow of the series as it relates to the story and emotional intent through design, lighting, and color infrastructure.”

Other requirements include at least three to five years of animation production experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have detailed knowledge about color theory, lighting, visual development and character design. Oh, and if you have any sample projects that reflect the quality of your work, be sure to attach them to your application.

The description continues, “Production Designer must convey direction and visual communication through applied artistic skills. They will work with the CG Supervisor to ensure that the design is compatible with scope, the pipeline and the talent of the partner studio, sharing responsibility to define artistic boundaries and generate clever solutions to work within them.” Get more details about the application here.
