When Harry Met Sally may be one of the most iconic rom-coms of all time, but it’s a completely different experience when your mom is in it.

That’s exactly what happened to Meg Ryan’s son, Jack Quaid, who recently watched the 1989 movie for the first time. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Breaking Bad star revealed the priceless reason he waited so long.

“I saw When Harry Met Sally for the first time recently,” he said. “Guys, when your mother has one of the most famous orgasm scenes of all time, you do not jump to the film, OK?”

Nevertheless, the 26-year-old decided to bite the bullet when he was cast in a similar project, adding, “I saw it because I was doing a rom-com, and that’s like the rom-com, and I watched it, and then afterwards I cried for so long, because I was so proud of her.”

Quaid proceeded to apologize to his mom, saying, “I immediately called her, and I’m like, ‘I’m so sorry I missed this movie.’ She’s like, ‘I’ve seen it like one time.’ Anyway, that’s my favorite of hers.”

We’ll watch what he’s watching.
