Ready Thy Passports: You Can Now Fly to Iceland for Just $99

It’s the end of February and we’re in serious need of an escape to look forward to.

One affordable option? Iceland.

WOW Air, an Icelandic airline, is celebrating the start of its new service at New York City’s JFK airport with super-cheap flights—including one-way trips to Iceland for just $99 from April through June.

If the land of fjords and the Blue Lagoon isn’t at the top of your list, flights from JFK to London, Paris and Amsterdam are also discounted, running at just $149 on certain days.

Keep in mind that WOW Air is a low-cost carrier, so look out for extra fees for baggage, onboard meals and seat assignments.

But if we’re being honest, $99 to escape the cave we’ve been hibernating in for the past three months in favor of geothermal spas and mud masks might be worth packing light.
