Jonathan Van Ness Is Returning for a Final Season of ‘Gay of Thrones’

If you read Game of Thrones explainers after each episode and you’re still confused, have no fear. Jonathan Van Ness is here to settle your Winterfell woes.

The Queer Eye star, 32, just revealed that his Funny or Die show, Gay of Thrones, will return for a final season on April 16. The recap series will air every Tuesday following each GoT episode, so mark your calendars.

Van Ness announced the exciting news in a brand-new video, in which he and a series of guest stars repeat the phrase: “Where are my dragons?”

Each episode will feature a different special guest getting their hair styled by Van Ness as they discuss the latest episode of Game of Thrones.

Gay of Thrones originally premiered during season three of GoT and has since aired alongside every season. Not only did it earn two Emmy Award nominations in 2016 and 2018 for Outstanding Short Form Variety Series, but it has also featured a number of guest stars, including D’Arcy Corden, Margaret Cho, Lucy Davis and even George R.R. Martin.

According to series creator Erin Gibson, the final season of Gay of Thrones is one for the books.

“I am very excited to blow out this last season of Gay of Thrones with the panache and fierceness that only Jonathan can bring to the screen,” she said in a statement.

Oh, honey. You don’t have to tell us twice.
