Colin Lawrence (Preacher) just called out his Virgin River co-star Martin Henderson (Jack), who showed up to set in a NSFW outfit.
Producers recently shared a rare behind-the-scenes photo on the show’s official Instagram account, featuring the two actors heading into hair and makeup for Virgin River season four.
In the pic, they are standing in between two trailers on the set of Virgin River season four. Lawrence is wearing a Preacher-approved outfit, featuring a simple long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black boots. On the other hand, Henderson is donning an open robe with no shirt. Oh, and how can we forget about his shorts, which are unbuttoned and unzipped?
The caption read, “Who wore it better to hair/makeup?”
It didn’t take long for Lawrence to comment on Henderson’s attire: “Preacher was headed to the bar……Y’all know where Jack was going. [fire emojis] [wink emoji].” The actor is likely referring to Henderson’s on-screen love interest, Alexandra Breckenridge (Mel). Either that, or there’s something else going on BTS.
Jokes aside, the photo is possibly good news for Virgin River fans because it may confirm that production for season four is underway. While the previous installments focus on Mel moving to the small town of Virgin River, the new episodes will likely address two burning questions: 1. Did Brady (Ben Hollingsworth) actually shoot Jack? And 2. who is the father of Mel’s baby?
Netflix hasn’t released any details about an official trailer or premiere date. But based on this photo, it seems Virgin River season four is going to live up to expectations.
