Serena Williams's Daughter Just Stole Her Mom's Outfit (& She Looks Ready for Wimbledon)
While the 3-year-old has shown off her athletic skills in the past, Olympia recently used her mom as fashion inspiration on the tennis court. On Instagram, the toddler posed in a series of photos while holding a racket and sporting a black, red and pink Nike catsuit with matching tennis shoes.
The colorful outfit was accompanied by a cheeky caption that said, “Practice makes....”
Of course, while Olympia looks ready for Wimbledon, it didn't take long for fans to notice that this is the same outfit her mom wore back in February. One user commented, “Aww love the outfit - just like mama!” Another person asked, “Doesn’t mom have this same outfit?”
Williams does, in fact, have a nearly identical outfit, which she wore while competing at the Australian Open earlier this year. During her first match against Laura Siegemund, the 39-year-old tennis pro walked out in the one-legged catsuit (which was apparently a tribute to the late track star, Florence Griffith Joyner). Williams shared a series of photos on Instagram to document the athleisure look.
This certainly isn't the first time that Williams and her daughter have worn matching outfits. Back in May, the pair twinned in bright pink swimsuits (courtesy of Nike) while hanging by the pool. Meanwhile, Olympia has also taught her mom a few things about court-side fashion, as evidenced by this recent pic of Williams and Olympia sporting gorgeous princess dresses and swinging their tennis rackets.
Like mother, like daughter.
