Serena Williams has a *very demure* message for the haters.

On Tuesday, August 20, the tennis legend took to Instagram and served up some serious vibes. In a series of eight stunning photos, Serena flaunted her fit physique, golden locks and flawless makeup. Think bronzed skin, full lips, killer cheekbones and contour on point as she rocked a matching denim set and fitted tan tank.

Her caption? Pure confidence, very cutesy, very mindful (and seemingly a response to critics who think the she’s had work done): “100% real … forehead to toe … lol.”

Williams’s comments were flooded with love, including from some of her A-list friends.

Khloe Kardashian hyped her up with a “Speak on it!!!!!!” while Ciara couldn’t help but drop three laughing emojis. Nia Long jumped in with a “Get it!” and both Porsha Williams from Real Housewives of Atlanta and actress Jessica Alba showed their support too.

Williams has been open about her post-pregnancy weight loss journey. She’s even documented herself trying on a Valentino skirt, which she uses as motivation, sharing her progress with fans along the way.

“Ok everyone, I have been working my [peach emoji] off! Let’s see what happens with my jean skirt. Can I fit it yet? Check it out,” she captioned a snippet of herself trying on the skirt back in May.

Williams—who’s also mom to 6-year-old Olympia with husband Alexis Ohanian—welcomed her second daughter, Adira, just over a year ago and recently celebrated her first birthday with a gorgeous family photo.

She wrote, “A year ago today—August 15th, I gave birth to my second baby girl, Adira River Ohanian. She is a true light.” She also shared the touching story behind Adira’s name.
