Kate Middleton’s Mom Carole Makes Rare Public Appearance...in New Jersey?

Cue the music and bring out the party decorations because Carole Middleton (AKA Kate Middleton’s mom) is having a party in the USA (well, kinda).

Per People, Carole made a special trip to New Jersey to visit a few ShopRite grocery stores to commemorate the American launch of her party supplies brand, Party Pieces

This was certainly a celebratory occasion because it marked the first time (ever) her brand has been sold in the United States. The recent launch comes a year after the brand made its official e-commerce debut in the United Kingdom and it was very successful.

The Instagram account dedicated to the brand shared photos of the important visit on Tuesday. In the photo slideshow, Carole is walking down aisles, where numerous balloons and party decorations are on display. During the visit, she met and conversed with associates and customers.

In the caption, Carole wrote a very personal message about the U.S. Party Pieces launch, which read: “It’s very exciting to see our Party Pieces Collection expanding into the U.S. starting with Saker ShopRites, a leading retailer in New Jersey and family-owned business with a long history of commitment to the customers and communities its stores serve. This is the culmination of great teamwork, and we’re happy to partner with Saker ShopRites for our initial launch.”

Richard Saker (President and CEO of Saker ShopRites, Inc) added, “We are thrilled to be the first U.S. retail partner for British heritage brand Party Pieces. We know our customers are coming together again to mark special occasions in their lives and they want to make their parties spectacular. We’re sure our customers will enjoy celebrating memorable milestones and moments with these fantastic new lines from Party Pieces.”

Wishing you all the success and more in this new venture, Carole!
