Kelly Ripa Returned to ‘Live’ and Re-wore a Stylish Houndstooth Dress

Kelly Ripa has made her return to the set of Live with Kelly and Ryan in one of her past ensembles.

Last week, while Ripa took a short break from the talk show, Ali Wentworth took her place as a guest co-host. During her time on the series, Wentworth grabbed our attention with her stylish outfits, including a few variations of a bow necktie blouse, as well as a black-and-pink patterned midi dress.

But now that Ripa has returned, she is also bringing us envy-inducing fashion. On today's episode, the 51-year-old host showed up in a light pink houndstooth midi dress from Alessandra Rich. As we've noted before, Ripa loves when her outfits include a touch of frills, and this silk design is accentuated with a lace-trimmed Chelsea collar and puffy sleeves.

Ripa was seen wearing the gown, along with a pair of yellow heels, in a video shared to the Live Instagram account. Producers captioned the clip, “We’re live now!!”

This is not the first time Ripa has worn this design, which looks like a cross between Little House on the Prairie and Project Runway. Back in early September, the host was seen sporting the gown with a pair of white heels while welcoming guests Amanda Peet and Padma Lakshmi.
