Kelly Ripa Is Hosting ‘Live’ Without Ryan Seacrest (Again)—Here’s Who’s Replacing Him

Another week, another guest co-host appearing on an episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan. Only this time, it’s Ryan Seacrest who is MIA from the morning show.

On Monday, the Live producers shared a behind-the-scenes video prior to the start of the show. However, while we are used to seeing Kelly Ripa and Seacrest making their way to the stage, this time the 50-year-old actress was joined by Andy Cohen. In the clip, the Bravo star—who is seemingly filling in for the American Idol alum today and tomorrow—is all smiles as he leaves his dressing room. (Ripa even introduces him to coffee man Dan.)

Cohen’s guest appearance isn’t a complete surprise. The 52-year-old shared an Instagram Story of himself heading to the studio early this morning writing, “On my way to co-host with @KellyRipa. See you on TV! (Tomorrow too!).” And it’s clear he’s excited about the gig considering he also made sure to take a selfie with Ripa and their special guest, Mark Consuelos.

“Having a ball co-hosting with @kellyripa this morning. (Tomorrow too!),” he captioned the sweet snap on Instagram. “And Mark’s here too!!” We’re not exactly sure why Seacrest is absent from the show, but we’re hoping he’ll address the topic when he returns.

This is the second time this month that Live has had a guest co-host. ICYMI: On December 3, Tamron Hall sat in for Ripa as a guest host for one special episode.

We couldn’t think of a better replacement than the king of Bravo himself. See you tomorrow, Andy and Kelly!
