During our nightly scroll through Kelly Ripa’s Instagram account (please don’t judge us), we came across this highly underrated video that not only features her impressive gym (we’re guessing it’s an in-home gym), but it also stars her shirtless husband, Mark Consuelos.
In the very early days of social distancing, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host, 49, shared a video on social media that deserves a revisit.
The video features a never-before-seen glimpse at Ripa’s gym, which is presumably located in her New York home. If you look past Consuelos’s ab workout (easier said than done), you’ll notice the room is chock full of workout gear, including benches, weight machines and cardio equipment.
At the back of the gym, there are two stairs leading up to a small platform that appears to be the perfect width for a yoga mat. Everything from the polished wood to the mirrored walls are putting our local workout spot to shame.
Celebrities immediately flooded the comments with words of praise for the gym, but mainly Consuelos. For example, Jerry O’Connell claimed he “got a hernia watching this.” David Muir, on the other hand, used the video as workout motivation. “OK. That’s insane,” he wrote. “I have a lot of work to do before I see y’all.”
Since there’s a lot going on, we highly recommend watching the video multiple times to get the gym’s full essence. You know, just in case you get distracted by the steamy Riverdale star, 49, on the first few tries. (#Guilty)
Ripa captioned the post, “How bout a little #workoutmotivation for the extremely thirsty #workout #daddy.”
Ripa has shared quite a number of photos of her home on social media lately. We’ve already seen glimpses of her bathroom, wall décor, gorgeous landscaping and massive backyard.
