Kelly Ripa had not one, but two special guests on today's episode of Live—and one of them was returning for the third day in a row.
Yep, that's right. Fan favorite Mark Consuelos joined his wife to guest co-host the show in Ryan Seacrest's absence. And as they were introduced by announcer Deja Vu, Ripa stepped out in a gorgeous floral-print dress with green heels, giving us total spring vibes. Meanwhile, Consuelos rocked an all-black ensemble with a matching blazer.
The producers of the hit morning show shared a fun clip of their entrance on Instagram, where the happy couple are seen holding hands as they dance their way towards their seats. The caption reads, "We’re live now with guest co-host @instasuelos!"
But Consuelos wasn't the only special visitor on the set. Actor Matthew McConaughey paid the couple a visit to chat about his new movie, Sing 2, where he'll voice the character Buster Moon.
The official Live account shared a snap of Ripa, Consuelos and McConaughey posing together on the set and simply captioned the pic, "@officiallymcconaughey! @instasuelos."

This isn't the first time Ripa and Consuelos have teamed up to co-host Live. Back in September, the Riverdale star filled in for Seacrest and Ripa couldn't contain her excitement. As they walked out to the set, arm in arm, Ripa joked, "Daddy’s home. Daddy’s home. Today is Monday, September 20, 2021. Filling in for Ryan is Mark Consuelos. You're welcome."
While it hasn't been confirmed when Seacrest will return to Live, it looks like he may be spending some of the time with his family.
Earlier this week, he shared a sweet pic of his niece, Flora, while celebrating her birthday and wrote, "It’s someone’s birthday today! Shout-out to Auntie Ripa and Uncle Mark for Flora’s bday gingerbread house - I think we have a future architect in the fam."
We can't wait to see the co-host return, but for now, we'll be busy admiring this star couple as they work their magic on Live.
