The week ahead is a culmination and a turning point.
Venus, our retrograde star, our healing heart, moves back into her home sign of Libra on Sunday morning. In Libra, she is more able to find comfort and pleasure. She can smooth rough edges and understand the value of compromise. The second half of her retrograde is likely to be the easier one. Back in her home sign, she can begin to find the solutions that eluded her in Scorpio.
It is not a moment too soon, either, because Sunday evening the moon moves into Venus’s other sign: Taurus. And by the time the moon rises, she’ll be full.
The Taurus full moon is the empress in full regalia. The Taurus full moon is a harvest feast. She is sensuality and the robust feminine. She is the triumph of effort to create enough food to survive the winter. We need this moment terribly in the current climate, but while we lean into momentary comfort, it feels fragile. It rests on an ancient faultline, and that line is Pluto.
