We’re in the week between two eclipses, known as the eclipse portal, the dragon hole—or just a weird time. Time tends to feel heavier, like humidity in the air, but instead of vapor it is a sense of fated things moving into or out of our lives. Whatever we do is in the wake of the solar eclipse in Leo last week and foreshadows the Pisces lunar eclipse next week.
Here’s how the week unfolds astrologically:
Sunday the 16th is a day made for going to brunch (no, really). Mercury and Jupiter are chortling in Leo, Venus in Libra is approaching an indulgent contact with said Jupiter, and the Libra moon is bathing in all this pleasantness. Please, sit in a garden eating pastries and many beverages for hours while dressed in florals with people you like. It is a rose of ease in a bramble of complicated life stuff. Seize the peace!
Monday the 17th is a smorgasbord. Mars gets tangled in Neptunian side quests, to hilarious or devastating effect, but likely unproductive regardless. Mercury tries to get things on track with Saturn, and Venus is still a little tipsy with Jupiter. Everyone will show up to the office on Monday morning under the spell of one of these combinations, hopefully not all three. It’ll be chill until the moon goes into Scorpio on Monday afternoon and things get serious for Tuesday and Wednesday.
