Serena Williams Had a Fashion Emergency During Date Night with Husband Alexis Ohanian

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian dedicated their latest date night to a worthy cause, as they attended a charity benefit for Robin Hood NYC, an organization devoted to fighting poverty in New York City.

Unsurprisingly, Williams looked stunning for the event, rocking an asymmetrical Gilda dress in black from Alamour the Label with a line of silver strands dangling from the hem. She turned to stylist Kesha McLeod to help construct the 'fit, while Alexander Armand did her hair and Farzana Zaman applied her makeup.

“Last night @alexisohanian was co chair of the @robinhoodnyc. Was so fun to be his date,” Williams said in the caption of a photo she shared from the event. “So happy you co-chaired such a inspiring night....The story continues....”

Williams offered more details on her outfit in her Instagram story, where she showed off her bling, including a watch from Audemars Piguet and two rings from the Serena Williams jewelry collection that said “loved” and “great.”

The tennis pro shared this TikTok to her Instagram story, followed by a photo of her and Ohanian from later in the evening, where she is now wearing a pair of sneakers. “When your heels get stuck in the escalator...” she joked. “Never leave home without my Serena design crew @Nikes.”
