J.Lo Shares Sweet Behind-the-Scenes Vid of Moment Before She and Daughter Emme Take the Super Bowl Stage

In case you missed it, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira put on a phenomenal performance during the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday. And while their show consisted of plenty of fireworks and some dancing on a pole, it was a cameo from Lopez’s daughter, Emme, that really caught the attention of viewers.

Now, the mother of two is sharing a behind-the-scenes video of the moments leading up to the big event. In the clip (which Lopez posted to Instagram on Monday), we see the singer kiss her daughter, then they walk out onto the field toegther. As they wait for Shakira to finish her set, the Hustlers actress gets touched up before she and Emme can be seen jumping around to warm up.

“These moments were captured just minutes before we hit the stage last night,” she captioned the post. “All I want my girls, the little girls on stage with me and all over the world to know is how to use their voices and be proud of everything they are. We are proud to recognize that all of us together are what makes this beautiful country truly great.”

Lopez performed some of her biggest hits, such as “Jenny from the Block,” “Get Right” and “Waiting for Tonight.” She even showed off her Hustlers training with a special few minutes on the pole. And we’re majorly impressed.

Emme then emerged toward the end of the set, joined by a chorus of other child singers. The duo sang a medley of  “Let’s Get Loud” and “Born in the USA” while Shakira played on the drums.

Jen, if you’re reading this, please keep these sweet BTS moments coming.
