Jennifer Lopez is switching up her look and now we’re totally considering going short for winter.
During last night’s American Music Awards, Lopez arrived at the event wearing a super-sexy, rhinestone-encrusted Balmain ensemble. The dazzling silver two-piece featured an explosion of jewels and a slit up the leg. And while we always love to see the 51-year-old sparkle on the red carpet, it was her new bob that managed to capture our attention.
The hairstyle—a long bob barely grazing her shoulders—nailed the wet hair look and was parted in the middle with soft waves throughout. The shorter style comes as a major surprise considering the actress/singer is known for rocking longer locks (especially recently).
Just last week, the Hustlers star turned heads at E!'s 2020 People's Choice Awards with an extremely long ponytail that hit her waistline.
The mother of two took to the stage at the AMAs with Columbian singer Maluma to perform “Pa' Ti” and “Lonely” from the upcoming Marry Me soundtrack. For her performance, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer opted for a black catsuit featuring large sheer panels. She topped off the look with a pair of black heels.
Lopez shared part of her performance on her personal Instagram account. “We broke it DOWN! Thanks to @maluma and everyone involved that help makes tonight’s @amas performance so great !!!!” she wrote alongside the clip.
