Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are celebrating seven wonderful years of marriage.
To mark the milestone, the 48-year-old actress shared a video montage on her personal Instagram account. The clip begins with footage from their nuptials and continues with videos and images from their last seven years together, including family photos, vacations, boat rides and magazine covers.
“Ain't No Stoppin Us Now,” Union captioned the post referring to the song playing in the background. “7 years and a lifetime to go. My best friend, the coolest homie, mentor and inspiration, my love, my husband. I [heart emoji] you @dwyanewade Happy Anniversary baby. #WeAllWeGot.”
Family, friends and fans quickly filled the comments section with well wishes. One wedding guest wrote, “My favourite wedding of all time and it just feels like yesterday. Happy Anniversary beautiful family,” while another follower added, “Man oh man we love y’all…. Happy anniversary keep flying high!!!!”
Last year, in honor of their six-year anniversary, the couple shared a video that was made to look like an official movie trailer (and which she previously shared on Twitter back in 2018).
The clip featured a compilation of wedding highlights, including moments from the couple's preparation process as well as guests arriving to the big day, all while Cheryl Lynn's "Got to be Real" played in the background. Not to mention, we got a glimpse of some of the famous attendees including Kevin Hart, John Legend and LaLa Anthony.
Wade popped the question to Union after five years of dating and they tied the knot in 2014 at Chateau Artisan, a castle wedding venue in Miami. In addition to Wade’s three children—Zaya, Zaire and Xavier—the duo share 2-year-old daughter Kaavia James.
