Black Friday will be here before we know it, so if you’ve just realized it’s officially time to replace that stain-ridden couch, you might want to wait a few more weeks. The bargain-shopping holiday is the best time of year to score steep discounts on home furnishings that will refresh your space. Here, find all the Black Friday furniture sales we’re hoping to see this year, plus some pieces we’re bookmarking in case they just so happen to get marked down.

This year’s Way Day deals did not disappoint, so we have a feeling great discounts are in store for November 27 (that’s Black Friday, FYI). Last year, shoppers saw up to 80 percent off mattresses and bedding and up to 70 percent off living room furniture, dining room furniture and accent pieces as part of the retailer’s post-Thanksgiving sale, so we have our fingers crossed for similar deals this year.
