Monday: Breakfast Pizza

It’s flexible, filling and a total hit with kids. Feel free to trade tomatoes for onions or mushrooms, arugula for spinach or bacon for crumbled sausage or sliced ham. Just don’t skip the cheesy cream sauce.

Tuesday: Apple Blinchiki (russian Pancakes)

Traditional blinchiki is similar to crepes, but this version has grated apples in the batter to make it heartier. Serve them with sour cream and sour cherry spread, if you can find some (if not, preserves or apple sauce will work just fine).

Wednesday: Savory Cheese Waffles

These cheddar beauties have limitless flexibility. Use two waffle quarters to make a breakfast or cold-cut sandwich, add a few slices of cheese and press for a waffle grilled cheese, or just nosh on them with a side salad.
