What do you get when you double down on the best of summer? This season’s most delicious treat: watermelon pizza, which is as healthy (dollops of yogurt, agave) as it is sweet (fresh fruit on top and bottom). We’ve adapted this recipe from The Social Kitchen, the charitable cookbook that Brit Dani Tucker wrote in memory of her mother.
What you need: A medium watermelon, plain Greek yogurt, assorted fresh fruit, granola and raw agave nectar
How you make it: Take an inch-thick slice from the thickest part of the watermelon, slather on a thin layer of yogurt, then pile with a mosaic of bite-size fruit slices. Cut into triangles, just like you would a pizza.
And? Sprinkle with granola (to keep it crisp) and drizzle with agave just before enjoying. And be sure to snap a photo before you start--this creation is eye candy from every angle.
