Um, This Delicious Pizza Dough Has Only Two Ingredients

We're having a pizza party, naturally

There’s something special (and particularly delicious) about homemade pizza, but the thought of preparing dough from scratch seems like a chore. Until now, that is.

Enter this two-ingredient pizza dough.

What do I need? 1½ cups self-rising flour and 1 cup full-fat, plain Greek yogurt. Plus the pizza toppings of your choice, of course, like marinara sauce, cheese and vegetables. (We can tell that you’re skeptical. Just go with it.)

How do I make it? In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough-hook attachment, mix the flour with the Greek yogurt on low speed to combine. Then, remove the dough from the bowl, place on a well-floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes (Michelle Obama arms, here you come). If the dough seems too wet to the touch or sticks to your work surface, you can add flour in small amounts as needed.

OK, what now? Roll the dough into a circle (about 12 inches in diameter), and place it on a round baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil and add the toppings. Place the baking sheet in a pre-heated oven, and bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

That’s it? Yes! Now eat to your pizza-loving heart’s content.
