The 20-Second Cure for a Stiff Neck
Or “tech neck,” as we like to call it
You just spent the afternoon marathon texting with your sister and now your neck is tight as hell from constantly looking down at your phone. This 20-second trick will fix all that and provide sweet, glorious relief.
What you do: Sit up straight and turn your head gently to the left and then to the right, ten times on each side. Rotate only as far as you feel comfortable--don’t strain anything. Repeat as needed throughout the day.
Why it works: Lack of movement is the main reason your neck feels so stiff. This relaxed rotation is a quick way to loosen things up.
"Um, people are looking at me funny." If your neck feels better, who cares?
