Shania Twain Joins ‘The Voice’ as Key Advisor
The Queen of Country Music is back.
NBC’s The Voice took to Twitter to announce that Blake Shelton won’t be the only country legend on the show’s 12th season. Yep, Shania Twain is back. And she’ll be joining The Voice as a key advisor to offer vocal training and superstar advice to the top 12 contestants.
Although Twain’s angelic voice hasn’t graced our radios since the release of Up! in 2002, rumors have been circulating about the singer’s potential return to the music scene. And the timing of this announcement has us wondering if Twain’s participation on The Voice is a mere coincidence or (fingers crossed) a planned promotion.
Tune in to The Voice on Monday, April 24, to watch the top 12 contestants duke it out for Twain's attention. Honey, she’s home!
