Priyanka Chopra hates goodbyes, but she’s damn good at making them count.
In honor of the Quantico series finale, which aired on Friday, Chopra wrote an emotional goodbye to her character, Alex Parrish, and it really pulled at viewers’ heartstrings.

The newly engaged actress shared a pic of her face on a billboard and wrote, “As the series ends, I am saying goodbye to Alex Parrish. As you’ll see, her story will come full circle…and that is the best feeling as an actor.”
Meghan Markle’s bestie went on to explain that playing Alex for the last two years has challenged her “physically and emotionally,” but that the greatest benefit of the job was that it “cracked the door open for female talent and women of color to play leading ladies.” Amen.
Chopra wrapped up her farewell with a sincere thank you to all of the viewers who welcomed her into their “homes and hearts” each week.
Quantico might be over, but with her impending nuptials and new rom-coms, Chopra has plenty to keep her busy…Like fangirling over Nick Jonas and convincing the palace to let Meghan Markle be her MOH.
