Serena Williams Glows in New IG Video as She Shows Off Her Personalized ‘S’ Necklace

We may have nameplate necklaces on the brain, thanks to the return of Carrie Bradshaw in And Just Like That, but it looks like superstar athlete Serena Williams has opted for a more simple piece of personalized jewelry.

In a new video that she posted to Instagram, the pro tennis player shows off her stunning makeup and her beautifully crimped hair. However, she puts the focus on her accessories, as she points to the silver “S” necklace that's seen dangling around her neck.

“S on my chest,” Williams wrote in the caption, along with a diamond emoji.

The 40-year-old athlete was sporting a 10K white gold diamond pendant from the Serena Williams Jewelry collection at Zales. (And if you're looking to get one for yourself, the accessory is currently on sale for $562.)

According to a description on the Zales site, the design of the necklace was actually modeled after the way Serena signs the first letter of her name. The jeweler wrote, “Passionate yet powerful, delicate yet strong - this curation is for those who, like Serena, own their game. It's your turn to play!”

Along with the personalized necklace, Williams sported a silver choker, and she gave us a very brief glimpse of her peach-colored dress. Also, as she pointed out the jewelry, we got a close-up of her stunning engagement ring, which is estimated to have cost around $2 million (nbd).

We often keep a close eye on the athlete's accessories, like last fall, when she showed off her Audemars Piguet watch in an Instagram Story, along with two rings that are also from her Zales collection.
