Looks like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s old royal digs might have new residents very soon. Harry’s cousin, Princess Beatrice, is reportedly moving in.

According to Travel & Leasure, the Princess of York and her new husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, are potentially planning to move into Nottingham Cottage, the duke and duchess’s old home at Kensington Palace. (Obviously, reports should be taken with a grain of salt until the royal family officially comments.)

The charming English cottage boasts two bedrooms, two reception rooms, a bathroom and a small garden and is situated in the gorgeous manicured grounds of Kensington Palace, yet just a hop, skip and jump from the cosmopolitan amenities of Kensington Street.

And the newlywed couple will be joining some pretty familiar neighbors. Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, moved next door to the Nottingham Cottage in 2018 and now call Kensington Palace’s three-bedroom Ivy Cottage “home.”

The news comes just a month after Meghan and Harry made their own move to Santa Barbara, California. The former royals’ new $14.65 million home, which they moved into back in July, is about 100 miles north of the L.A. estate (formerly owned by Tyler Perry) they had been staying at since the beginning of quarantine. A representative for the couple revealed, “They have settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival and hope that this will be respected for their neighbors, as well as for them as a family.”

We’re happy to see all the members of the royal family are “making moves.” Literally.
