When it comes to all things home, Joanna Gaines has it down. From cozy recipes and home remodels to harvesting honey in her backyard, she somehow manages to do it all and make it look effortlessly beautiful in the process. (Ahem, aesthetic goals.) And now, it seems that eye for detail and design has trickled down to her daughter, Ella.

Over Labor Day weekend, the former Fixer Upper star took to social media to share a sweet video of Ella’s bedroom, now slightly quieter, since her daughter recently left for college. Joanna noted that she’s now in charge of Ella’s beloved plants, and from the looks of it, she’s got quite the collection to care for.

“When Ella went off to college, I became the caretaker of her plant babies,” the Magnolia founder captioned the August 30 post. “I hope these pretty plants like me as much as they liked her! #plantlady”

The short video showed greenery everywhere, lining the bathroom counter, perched on the nightstand, tucked near the windows and many fans couldn’t help but comment on how peaceful and serene the space felt.

“That’s so beautiful!!!! I know that’s fresh air, peace and harmony all up and through that space,” one follower wrote. Another added, “That room must have the most tranquil energy. The prism on the floor, the abundance of oxygen, and the natural light. Beautiful space.” And a third chimed in, “What a dreamy space!”

Some even admitted they got emotional watching the clip, with one person sharing, “I got a little emotional watching this and don’t even know you. Lol. I remember seeing her follow you around a plant garden like a little duckling and grow to love plants like you and your sister. This is beautiful.”

Of course, this isn’t the first emotional family moment Joanna has shared lately. Back in April, she posted a photo of a colorful, hand-arranged bouquet and revealed, “This will be the first prom for one, and the last prom for another,” along with a teary-eyed emoji.
