In Gaines’s post, the designer and author explained, “My hope for this book is that it inspires families to want to get out and connect in fun, creative ways—whether or not it’s in the garden. It could be sewing or painting or cooking together. Whatever it may be, at the end of the day there’s always something to learn and I believe taking the time to try something new together makes it all the more meaningful.” We definitely agree.
Beautifully illustrated by Julianna Swaney, the book is now available online and in stores at your favorite book retailers. You can even snag a copy at Amazon right now for $14 and get it in time for spring break.
TBH, we’re down with anything that’ll get our kids outside.
