If it weren’t for kids, would I really feel like I’m aging? Honestly, no. But here we are and kids do exist and they grow up so fast. From Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s daughter Everly suddenly looking all grown up to Jessica Alba twinning with her teenage mini-me, it’s hard not to be hit with the realization that time is definitely flying. And that fact just smacked me in the face again—thanks to Gabrielle Union’s latest Instagram post.

The Bring It On actress recently shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, some of which featured her 6-year-old daughter, Kaavia (whom she shares with husband Dwyane Wade), and wow, she’s growing up so fast. In the lead photo, Gabrielle is sitting in the grass with Kaavia in her lap and a goat in Kaavia’s lap. Gabrielle’s wearing a chic white two-piece set with brown-and-black sandals, while Kaavia rocks a colorful pink and purple outfit.

Maybe it’s the camera angle but Kaavia’s legs look almost as long as her mom’s—and considering her dad is NBA legend Dwyane Wade, who’s 6 foot 4, it wouldn’t be surprising if she’s already on her way to a growth spurt.

Gabrielle cleverly captioned the post, “does this qualify as G.O.A.T. status?”

The rest of the post is packed with family-fun highlights: Kaavia hilariously side-eyeing the goat as the actress makes kissy lips toward it, a stunning sunflower field, Gabrielle brushing a cow, a pig race (seriously), eating roasted corn, car selfies and more.

Of course, Gabrielle doesn’t just serve mom content, she serves looks, too. She just had a recent bikini moment that screamed summer goals, featuring hand-beaded tropical fruit on one cup, a sparkly seahorse on the other and matching ombré bottoms with a beaded sun at the center.

Whether she’s giving us poolside glam or hilarious family gems, fans are loving it.
