The easiest go-to look

I don’t know about you, but as much as I love getting glam and slipping into a pair of heels, nothing beats that moment at the end of the night when it’s all swapped for cozy sweats. The real win, though? When you don’t have to choose, when cozy and glam come together in one effortless look. And Eva Longoria just nailed it.

The Desperate Housewives alum, 50, took to Instagram recently with a laid-back snap of herself sipping a drink at an outdoor café. She fittingly captioned the August 18 post, “Cafecito to start the week off right,” but what I really want to talk about is her outfit. With her hair styled in a loose ponytail with tousled tendrils, Eva wore a sleeveless black maxi dress with a side slit and finished off with fresh white sneakers.

It’s simple, comfy and totally chic, not to mention super easy to recreate. (Psst: PureWow already rounded up the most comfortable sneakers for women and how to style them.)

Turns out, Eva’s all about this go-to combo lately. Just a few days later on August 21, she shared more snaps, this time on a soccer field, rocking a slightly sportier version of the same look: relaxed black trousers, a black tank top, fitted cap and yep, those signature white sneakers.

While Eva's been all about the cozy look lately, she certainly does know how to turn up the glam.

Earlier this summer, she turned heads in a butter-yellow halter dress (aka the color of the season), paired with strappy heels, minimal accessories and a sleek ponytail. And let’s not forget the cut-out dress that stole the show for her 50th birthday back in March.

Whether she’s keeping it low-key or going full glam, one thing’s for sure: Eva Longoria stays serving looks.
