Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s 5-Year-Old Son Played an ‘Important Role’ in Princess Beatrice’s Wedding

It’s been quite a busy weekend for the British royal family. Specifically, Princess Beatrice and her fiancée Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi who quietly tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Friday.

ICYMI: Buckingham Palace broke the news in a statement, "The private wedding ceremony of Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi took place at 11 a.m. on Friday 17th July at The Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge, Windsor. The small ceremony was attended by The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh and close family. The wedding took place in accordance with all relevant Government Guidelines.”

And while we know that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip were standing right by the couple’s side, Mozzi’s son also participated in the nuptials.

According to Town & Country, Wolfie was also at the All Saints Chapel on Friday morning. "Wolfie was there, and played an important role in the wedding," a source close to the family told the outlet. However, we don’t know specifically what that role was (ring bearer perhaps?). The real estate tycoon shares his young son, Christopher Woolf, with his ex-fiancée, Dara Huang.

One day after the surprise nuptials, the royal family shared a slideshow on its official Instagram account, featuring never-before-seen photos of the newlyweds just moments after they said, “I do.” Unfortunately, there were no photos featuring the 4-year-old.

If you need us, we’ll be patiently waiting for BP to give us a sneak peek of Wolfie in his formal attire.
