Leave it to Simone Biles to bring her fashion A-game on vacation.
On Instagram, the Olympic gold medalist posted a picture of herself wearing a two-piece floral jumpsuit (a similar one can be found here) while holding a white tote bag. She accessorized the look with a pair of brown circular earrings and a gold necklace. The professional gymnast recently went on a girls’ trip to Cancun, Mexico.
Biles wrote in the caption, “Where’s your favorite place to travel?”
While some followers shared their dream destinations, many couldn’t get enough of her floral outfit. One person wrote, “So so beautiful,” with a heart-eyed emoji. Another said, “GORGEOUS!!!”
In an earlier post, Biles announced her recent collaboration with Athleta Girl. The photo slideshow featured her wearing one of the pieces from the line, alongside other young girls wearing various outerwear styles.
The 25-year-old athlete recently spoke with People magazine and shared her goals for the sports line. “I feel like [Athleta and I] both have this same intent to make change and to kind of inspire the younger generation and the girls, and that’s why I partnered with them,” she told the outlet. “But I’ve been a longtime fan before that, so it was really exciting for me to have some of the things that we believe in align.”
Biles went on to say that she was “very involved” in the design process. “Even though they’re the professionals and they kind of take which route I should be going, I definitely got to see a lot of different color palettes and choose from that,” she explained.
