The Official Trailer for Season 4 of ‘Selling Sunset’ Just Premiered & We're Ready for More Drama

Our favorite L.A. real estate brokers are making their grand return.

That's right, folks. Selling Sunset is coming back, and ahead of the show's 4th season premiere on November 24, Netflix just released the official trailer for the upcoming season. To tease the new episodes, the streaming service wrote, “The only thing bigger than the real estate listings is the drama. Even with views from the Hollywood Hills, you won’t always see what’s coming when two new agents join The Oppenheim Group.” Check out the clip below.

Ever since we binged the third season back when it was dropped in August of 2020, we've been missing all the drama that occurs at the #1 agency in the Hollywood Hills and the Sunset Strip. But finally, Selling Sunset is back and fans have another reason to celebrate because in March, Netflix announced that they had already renewed the show for a fifth season as well.

Many of the original cast members will return, including Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Romain Bonnet, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander and Davina Potratz (and Jason and Brett Oppenheim, of course). Meanwhile, those “two new agents” referenced in Netflix's writeup are newbies Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.

Also, in case you were unaware: it was announced a couple days ago that a spinoff for Selling Sunset was in the works. Slated for release in 2022, the new show, titled Selling the OC, will follow Jason Oppenheim as he opens a second office in Newport Beach, Orange County. While we're not sure whether any other Selling Sunset stars will feature, we know the cast will include Oppenheim, Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall.

As if we needed any more reasons to get excited.
