Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s son, August, is growing up way too fast.
This week, the 32-year-old royal celebrated her son’s 2nd birthday by sharing a never-before-seen video on Instagram.

The clip shows August walking (or dancing?) down a pathway, while his mother films from behind. At one point, the child turns around for his mom’s approval before continuing along the walkway. If you look closely at his face and hair, you’ll notice the resemblance between August and other members of the royal family.
In fact, fans penned special messages for the toddler in the comments section. One person wrote, “What a Sweetheart! You can definitely see how much he looks like his Momma.”
Some also noticed the resemblance between August and his cousin, Lilibet (Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter). Someone added, “Omg he resembles Lilibeth.” Another person commented, “He is [a] Windsor. Looks like Harry and Lilibeth.”
Princess Eugenie captioned the post, “Happy 2nd Birthday to our boy Augie… you are our world’s greatest joy. Keep dancing and smiling my angel. Xx.”
Last year, Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank celebrated August’s first birthday by sharing a slideshow of pics on Instagram. The royal wrote a heartfelt caption that revealed her son’s sweet nickname: Augie. “Happy 1st Birthday to our little hero Augie,” it read. “You are such a special soul that brightens every room with your smile and wave. You have made us so very proud. We love you!”
Now all we need is for August to meet Lilibet.
