Prince Harry has been keeping a packed schedule during his recent trip across the pond. The Duke of Sussex arrived in the UK on September 8 and hasn’t slowed down since. One of his first stops was Windsor Castle, where he paid a private visit to Queen Elizabeth II’s final resting place and laid a wreath in her honor. That same evening, he attended the 20th annual WellChild Awards, an event close to his heart.

As part of his continued work with the Invictus Games Foundation, Harry also stopped by the Centre for Blast Injury Studies at Imperial College London earlier this week, showing support for innovations in veteran rehabilitation and recovery.

And it looks like the Duke decided to extend his trip because before returning home to Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the Duke made a surprise visit to Ukraine. The unannounced trip came at the invitation of the Ukrainian government, marking a significant moment in his ongoing advocacy for injured service members.

While the visit itself made headlines, it’s Harry’s body language that we really need to talk about.

In photos taken at a train station, Harry appears relaxed and fully engaged. He’s seen smiling warmly, leaning into handshakes and conversations, and in one particularly touching image, embracing someone in a hug with a beaming smile on his face.

He genuinely seems to be in good spirits.

During his time in Kyiv, Harry and his team are expected to outline new initiatives through the Invictus Games Foundation aimed at enhancing rehabilitation efforts for the wounded, with plans to expand support across Ukraine.

The visit comes shortly after a reunion with his father, King Charles III, after nearly 19 months apart.

Reports say the pair met privately at Clarence House in London, where Harry arrived around 5:20 p.m. local time. The meeting reportedly lasted under an hour. While Buckingham Palace confirmed the meeting took place, no further details were shared.
