Prince Harry has been keeping a packed schedule during his recent trip across the pond. The Duke of Sussex arrived in the UK on September 8 and hasn’t slowed down since. One of his first stops was Windsor Castle, where he paid a private visit to Queen Elizabeth II’s final resting place and laid a wreath in her honor. That same evening, he attended the 20th annual WellChild Awards, an event close to his heart.
As part of his continued work with the Invictus Games Foundation, Harry also stopped by the Centre for Blast Injury Studies at Imperial College London earlier this week, showing support for innovations in veteran rehabilitation and recovery.
And it looks like the Duke decided to extend his trip because before returning home to Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the Duke made a surprise visit to Ukraine. The unannounced trip came at the invitation of the Ukrainian government, marking a significant moment in his ongoing advocacy for injured service members.
