Paris Hilton Praises Simone Biles for Taking a Page Out of Her Fashion Playbook

Simone Biles just celebrated her 25th birthday by taking a fashion cue from Paris Hilton.

To mark her big 2-5, Biles took a weekend getaway to Turks and Caicos, where she was joined by her fiancé, Jonathan Owens. And while the pair caught some rays on the beach, it appears they also spent a night out for Biles's bday, where the Olympic gymnast showed off a gorgeous glittery outfit.

In a slideshow that Biles captioned “This is 25” (along with a diamond emoji), she dazzled in a silver chainmail dress. The glitzy gown matched perfectly with the tennis bracelet on her left wrist, and Biles's stunning engagement ring was also visible in the pics.

But as Page Six Style noted, this gown was strikingly similar to the chainmail mini dress that Paris Hilton wore for her 21st birthday party.

Hilton seemed to agree with Page Six's take, because she shared the article to her Instagram Story, which featured a photo of Biles's outfit. On top of the screenshot, she added a caption that said, “Happy Birthday @simonebiles! That’s Hot!” She then included a fire emoji, crown emoji and a heart-eye emoji and added, “Love your iconic Birthday dress!”

Following this, Hilton shared another screenshot of the article that included a snap of her own dress. In this photo from Hilton's 21st birthday party in 2002, she's wearing a shimmery Julien Macdonald chainmail dress, along with butterfly clips in her hair and a giant bedazzled choker.

Hilton's outfit is so legendary that she even tried to channel it herself while DJ'ing a set in Austin, Texas, earlier this week.

Thanks for bringing back this look, Simone.
