From ghosts to witches, several classic Halloween costumes have already graced our social media feed. However, there is one get-up that’s been unexpectedly popular: Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
Megan Fox dressed as the former Playboy model when she attended the Casamigos Halloween party alongside her beau, Machine Gun Kelly, who dressed as Tommy Lee.
The Transformers actress, 36, wore a color-block latex dress that featured a pink top and red bodice. She also donned a blonde wig and dramatic eye makeup.
Meanwhile, MGK rocked a white tank top with leather pants. He even accessorized with a necklace, sunglasses and cigarette.
Their costumes were inspired by a 1995 public appearance, when Anderson and Lee celebrated the grand opening of Las Vegas’s Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
It’s important to note that Fox wasn’t the only celebrity who channeled Pamela Anderson for Halloween. Former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson also created her own version of the costume, sporting a similar pink-and-red ensemble.
Lisa Stelly (the founder of Fancy Sprinkles) also debuted her Pam costume on Instagram, featuring an all-black outfit with a blonde wig.
So, why the sudden rise in popularity? Well, there’s a good chance Hulu’s Pam & Tommy is to blame. The show examines the marriage between Anderson (played by Lily James) and the Mötley Crüe drummer (played by Sebastian Stan).
