Lily James just revealed the secret behind her pre-Golden Globes beauty regime.
Today, the Pam and Tommy star posted a series of photos and videos on her Instagram Story ahead of the 80th annual Golden Globes. James offered a rare glimpse of her getting-ready routine, which included The Beauty Sandwich’s Secret Sauce ($300).
The first clip showed James getting a facial by renowned celebrity facialist and The Beauty Sandwich founder, Iván Pol. Pol smothered the actress’s face in Secret Sauce, which is taking the beauty industry by storm.
According to the description, it’s not a serum nor a moisturizer. Instead, it takes on an entirely new category of its own: Secret Sauce. The website reads, “Exceedingly rich in vitamins and minerals, this active primer fortifies your skin leaving it feeling soft, supple and firm.”
After the facial, James posted a black-and-white selfie on her Instagram Story, featuring herself sitting in the makeup chair and holding what appears to be a cup of tea. The caption read, “Here goes!”
The last photo was taken in the middle of James’s glam session. She captioned the post with a series of emojis and tagged her hairstylist, Halley Brisker, and her makeup artist, Nina Park.
James received a 2023 Golden Globe nomination for Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role on a Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television for portraying Pamela Anderson in Pam and Tommy. She was nominated alongside Jessica Chastain for George and Tammy, Julia Garner for Inventing Anna, Julia Roberts for Gaslit and Amanda Seyfried for The Dropout.
One thing’s for sure: She’s red-carpet ready.
