Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest Rock ‘Casual Denim’ to Kick off ‘Live’ This Week

Kelly Ripa kicked off December’s Live with Kelly and Ryan slate with a festive, holiday ensemble. However, six days in, she and Ryan Seacrest are sporting more casual outfits.

On Monday, producers of the hit morning show shared their daily behind-the-scenes clip from the installment. In the footage, the duo dance from backstage to their seats while Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s “Rain on Me” plays. When they finally arrive, Seacrest, after pulling out his co-host’s chair, reveals that he and Ripa both opted for a “casual denim” look.

“It is Monday, December 6. Good morning. We went with casual denim this morning,” Seacrest says before Ripa repeats, “Casual denim.”

For the occasion, the mother of three donned a pair of high-waisted blue jeans, a red and white patterned top and matching red pumps while Seacrest sported dark jeans and a green sweater.

Ripa’s outfit (which is also giving us Valentine's Day vibes) is a stark contrast to her velvet gown from last week. As we mentioned above, for the first episode of the month, the 51-year-old was spotted in a black devoré-velvet midi dress from Galvan. The gown included a teal-colored satin trim and matching floral designs across the fabric, along with a sash belt at the waistline to tie the wrap dress. Ripa accessorized the gown with matching black stilettos.
