Jennifer Lopez appears to be taking a page out of Katie Holmes’s fashion handbook.
Over the weekend, the 51-year-old singer shared a series of never-before-seen pictures on Instagram from a photoshoot. In one of the pics, Lopez is wearing a knit bra that looks straight out of Holmes’s closet. (If you know, you know.)
In the first photo, Lopez is wearing the knit bra as she poses for the camera. The musician paired the piece with ripped denim, chunky boots and a slouchy cardigan, which she wore off her shoulder to show a bit of skin.
J.Lo captioned the post, “flannels and family. @dsw @gregswalesart #DSWpartner.”
If the knit lingerie looks familiar, it’s probably because it bears a striking resemblance to the top Holmes wore back in 2019. The actress was photographed strolling the streets of New York City with her daughter, Suri Cruise (14), while wearing a skin-baring beige sweater and matching bra set.
Holmes’s sweater and knit bra combo is made by Khaite, but it’s no longer available online. (Sorry, folks.) At the time, she paired it with high-waisted blue jeans and heeled mules. In short, the entire getup screamed transitional weather outfit.
One year later, Holmes donned a similar shirt by the same brand—but this time, it was a cream corset top.
We have no idea if J.Lo was inspired by Holmes’s eye-catching look. Regardless, we’ll be adding a similar version to our holiday shopping list.
