When it comes to mommy-and-me outfits, Gabrielle Union doesn’t hold back.
Earlier this week, the Bring It On alum, 48, documented a series of never-before-seen photos on her personal Instagram account. The first post features Union and her daughter, Kaavia (2), wearing coordinating ensembles.
In the photos, Union and Kaavia are wearing comfy gray outfits by Skims and sporting matching top knots. Excluding the actress’s pants, the ensembles are nearly identical, featuring a top, bottoms and a robe to tie it all together (literally).
She wrote, “So I’m all in on this #twinningwithmommy business. All. In. @kaaviajames.”
Union followed up with another slideshow—but this time, she’s matching with her stepdaughter, Zaya (13).
The photos show Union and Zaya posing in matching sweaters by Burberry. While the first two pics feature the pair looking directly at the camera, it’s followed by a candid shot of the duo sitting in the grass.
She captioned the post, “Always & forever. Love you. [black heart emojis] Me & @zayawade #twinningiswinning.”
Union is practically famous for posting mommy-and-me photos with her kids—in particular, Kaavia. Earlier this year, the 2-year-old proved she’s a natural in front of the camera when she starred in a photoshoot on Instagram. Union wrote an inspiring caption that read, “Protect them. Love them. Support them. Encourage them. Fight for them.”
Fingers crossed this mommy-and-me tradition continues for years to come.
